Full Shopify Rebuild
New product page layout built around real buyer objections — ingredients, usage, and results — plus a faster, mobile-first checkout flow.
A men's grooming and skincare brand went from 28 monthly orders to over 1,800 after a full Shopify rebuild and a multi-platform ad strategy across Meta, Google, and Snapchat.
This Pakistan-based grooming and skincare brand — beard growth serum, anti hair fall shampoo, anti dandruff shampoo, facewash, and acne serums — came to us running at roughly 28 orders a month. The store looked fine. It just was not built to sell: no clear path from ad click to checkout, slow load times, and ad spend spread thin across untested creative.
We rebuilt the store from the ground up and rebuilt the ad strategy alongside it. Within a few months, monthly orders were consistently above 1,800 — a 6,300% increase — with a lower cost per order than when we started.
The products were genuinely good — the brand just could not convert traffic into orders at any meaningful scale. Product pages did not answer the objections a first-time buyer actually has about a grooming product. The checkout flow lost people on mobile. And the ad accounts had never had a real testing structure, so budget kept going to creative that had already stopped working.

Image compression, app cleanup, and code cleanup took the store to a 96 PageSpeed score — every extra second of load time was costing real orders.
Rebuilt campaign structure with proper creative testing cycles instead of leaving budget on ads that had already fatigued.
Added Snapchat as a third acquisition channel once Meta and Google were performing, spreading risk and reach across three platforms.
A consistent 12x return on ad spend with a 100–150 PKR cost per acquisition.
