Services We Provide
Webmicron provides Shopify store design and development, WordPress development and maintenance, custom website development, conversion rate optimisation, and related digital services. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a written quote, proposal, or agreement shared before work begins.
Project Engagement & Quotes
All projects begin with a scope discussion and a written quote covering deliverables, timeline, and price. Work commences only after the quote is accepted and any required advance payment is received. Any request that falls outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it is undertaken.
Payment Terms
- An advance payment is generally required before a project begins, with the balance due on agreed milestones or on completion.
- Ongoing services such as maintenance or support retainers are billed in advance for the applicable period.
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in a pause of work until the account is settled.
- All prices are quoted in the currency stated in the proposal and exclude any bank or payment processing fees.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and any content, assets, or account access needed to complete the work. Delays in providing these may extend the agreed project timeline.
Intellectual Property
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverable — the store, website, or system built for you — transfers to you. Webmicron retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing. Any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or frameworks we use remain our property or that of their original licensors.
Revisions & Change Requests
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope, or changes requested after final sign-off, are treated as new work and quoted accordingly.
Website Content & Use
All content on webmicron.com, including text, graphics, and code examples, is the property of Webmicron unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Limitation of Liability
Webmicron will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, traffic, or search rankings, as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as agreed in the project proposal. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties.
Changes to These Terms
